SV	En als er grote tweedracht ontstaan was, de overste, vrezende, dat Paulus van hen verscheurd mocht worden, gebood, dat het krijgsvolk zou afkomen, en hem uit het midden van hen wegrukken, en in de legerplaats brengen.

Alex	πολλης δε γινομενησ στασεως φοβηθεισ ο χιλιαρχος μη διασπασθη ο παυλος υπ αυτων εκελευσεν το στρατευμα καταβαν αρπασαι αυτον εκ μεσου αυτων αγειν τε εις την παρεμβολην
ASV	And when there arose a great dissension, the chief captain, fearing lest Paul should be torn in pieces by them, commanded the soldiers to go down and take him by force from among them, and bring him into the castle.
BE	And when the argument became very violent, the chief captain, fearing that Paul would be pulled in two by them, gave orders to the armed men to take him by force from among them, and take him into the army building.

Darby	And a great tumult having arisen, the chiliarch, fearing lest Paul should have been torn in pieces by them, commanded the troop to come down and take him by force from the midst of them, and to bring [him] into the fortress.
ELB05	Als aber ein großer Zwiespalt entstand, fürchtete der Oberste, Paulus möchte von ihnen zerrissen werden, und befahl, daß das Kriegsvolk hinabgehe und ihn aus ihrer Mitte wegreiße und in das Lager führe.

Sch	Da aber ein großer Zwist entstand, befürchtete der Oberste, Paulus möchte von ihnen zerrissen werden, und er ließ die Truppe herabkommen und ihn aus ihrer Mitte reißen und in die Kaserne führen.
